In champ Select, yet not.

So this has happened to me multiple times.(and a few of my friends like once or twice)

When i start to play Blind Pick, Normal Draft, and ARAM(Im not use about Ranked draft because im too scared to try) with team mates i start out in the team room like normal, now when we begin to search for other players it switches to the que screen, from there we click accept, and if Summoner 1 clicked accept as well, you would normally be sent to the Champ Select area, but what happens is about every other game instead of getting to the Champ Select i still see the Team Room area on my screen. My friends say im in Champ Select but no matter what i do i can't get there. Closing the client causes me to doge(and get the timer), in ARAM if the timer runs out the game starts like normal but i don't get into it(I have to close the client then log back in then reconnect). So don't know if this happens to anyone else but im kinda tired of it, and it won't help when i try to get ranked and all that.
