[GAMEPLAY] Gamebreaking ekko suicide bug

Theres a bug with sated devourer that causes ekko to kill himself to replicate

1. Get sated devourer while you have red buff
2. auto attack a minion or champion
3. use your e to cancel the animation of the auto
4. then blink to any target the footage is me demonstrating this bug on a secondary account
