Game breaking Ekkos Passive bug [Gameplay]

If you get sated devourer with ekko, your e plus sated will cause you to attack yourself with either the sated proc or the auto (seemingly by random chance) to replicate this bug

1. farm for 15 minutes and get sated devourer
2. Auto a minion so your next auto attack would proc sated
3. Cast your E
4. dash to a target, either champion or minion, and you will smack yoself in the face and deal damage as if an enemy ekko attacked you, applying a stack of your own passsive to yourself
