Instalock Delayed Chat

When you connect in normals you have to type jg as quickly as possible. However if another jungler comes up after you typed it, they can't see it and assume you are instalocking.

It is some garbage chat coding that must be fixed. The amount of times I see a punk Shaco come in after I say jg and try to gas light me as if I never said it is BS.

Please make it so you can see text chat even before you join. It will save a lot of people from tilt and toxicity.
