[Client] Can't honour in about 60% of my games

The honour screen pops up, everything works properly here except the timer is stuck at 40 (Side note, why is there a timer for honour? I thought you wanted us to honour rather than accidentally forget there's a timer and skip it all the time). The animations are all fine but when I click on an honour option nothing happens. My only option from here is to use the perfectly functioning skip button.

There's no other side effects or causes I could think of. It's not related to victory/loss so I'm not sure what does it that often. Maybe something to do with it automatically being minimized when it opens. Sometimes I click it right away sometimes I forget to look.
