Prepaid Card Bug!!! Riot help please!

I bought a 10 dollar prepaid card , and i typed in the code under "codes" and it said "your rewards have been confirmed" and i didnt get my riot points. So i went to "purchase RP" and typed it in and it said it was already redeemed! please help :(

i recently buyed a 10 dolard card too it new and the shopper activated it the card is new when i write my code it said an error occured
