[Gameplay] Invisible Cassiopeia skills

Just did an ARAM match and the enemy teams Jade Fang Cassiopeia's skills were all invisible for me and our Kennen couldn't see them either. Idk about the rest of my team since they never answered.

I was playing Battle Bunny Riven and he was just the default kennen. The rest of the game details are here. I don't think we did anything specific to trigger it but whatever caused it even a complete client restart couldn't fix it. Haven't had any issues with a normal Cassiopeia on ARAM either.

i only sometimes have invisible cursor or turrets

Well, played a game right after and yet another Jade Fang Cass, but skills weren't invisible.

I have had enemies complain about her W being invisible before, so it has happened to others as well
