Game Crashed Then Was Put On Low Priority Que List

I would like to report that the game crashed on me when I started a match, and while the game was patching itself, so that I could join the match, my teammates had did the /remake for when a person on your team doesn't join at the beginning you can end the game early. As such, for something I had no control over, I was placed on the low priority queue list. I know that the leaverbuster was implemented to punish those players who purposefully leave a game, but why punish those players who have no control over the matter, such as if the game crashes. The reason I'm posting this here, is that I don't know what to do, nor do I know where to post this. I didn't do anything wrong, but I was still punished. If anyone knows how to resolve this issue, could you please inform me, it would be very appreciated.
