Static shiv + Diana
It basically just doesn't work. Bought bork, bought static shiv. It never procced.

I'd like to see this fixed... Diana hasn't been able to proc it for a LONG time now.. they need to fix it. She also can't prod RFC or any of those items that charge up from that one shard item.
