Problems since the latest patch

I know there is an upcoming patch in just a couple of hours but i just wanted to ask you guys if it it is only me that have had problems with my LOL since the latest patch. These problems include not being able to see or change my own summoner icon, not being able to see my summoner spells or what other players use for summoner spells until in game and i can't even enter my own summoner profile so i cant check match history, change runes and masteries etc. Is this problem only existing for me? Would really aprreciate answers. :)
