Kennen E gives about 1/3 less MS than tooltip states
Tooltip says kennen gains 335 MS, but when activated it only gives 230 (335 base+25 boots of speed+230 from E=590 total MS, not the expected 695 if E actually gave 335 MS)

There's a soft cap on movement speed. You get diminishing returns as your MS increases.
