Leaverbuster bug

Game takes 10 minutes to load(as in i didnt get connected until 10 game minutes had elapsed, had to play catch up), finish game, get leaverbuster message requiring me to type "i agree". What? I didnt leave anything, your game just took me 10 minutes to connect.

Also, the match shows up as a VICTORY in my match history, not as a left game. So....thanks rito.

If it helps, the situation basically started in the champ loading screen. Everyone except one on enemy team loaded to 100%, with the one getting stuck at 35%. about 10 minutes later, I entered the game at just over 10 minutes elapsed.
