[GAMEPLAY] SAVE THE POOR RAMMUS FROM SHAME

This is a bug with rammus. Let me explain the situation, you are super hyped you and your team and going to do dragon/baron so you rush in superball to there and then when you gonna bump into the dragon/baron at the peak of Rammus glory... The spell just don't land nor attack and you continue rolling without motive like a turtle on it's back. Then you gotta reposition and rebump into the dragon or just desactivate your Q you feel really down and uncool when you see that happening. Plus The Q can do significiant damage in fight at monsters where it can make you lose the (baron,dragon,buffs) when you waste this time trying to bump. So yeah please fix this bug for the glory and pride of rammus. #Save the turtles
