[CRASH]

I was in champion select ranked game. The champ select ended when I was still doing my masteries who weren't saved so when the game started I crashed and tried to reconnect but that's what appeared (see the pictures at the bottom). I tried for a good 15 minutes to reconnect please give me a a forgive lost to me and my teammates and fix this issue. This is the first time that ever happened to me
