Annie stun

in a previous game of mine I played Fizz and went mid against an Annie. I did my best to "E"(playful/trickster) most of her stuns but it came to my attention that if Annie has a stun up and she throws a Q at you, even if you manage to "E" it her stun is still up and then she can just manage to still stun you with her next ability as soon as you're "E" is done. I feel like if you are able to "E" an Annie stun it should at least count as her using her stun and make her have to ready a new one.
