[PRACTICE TOOL] CD Refresher Bug

If you take a champion that switches skills through R (Elise, Nidalee, Jayce), and activate and deactivate the cd refresher on the practice tool mode. Only the skills of the current R form get refreshed while the cooldowns on the other form do not get refreshed. To test this out use Elise. Use any skill if human form (recomended E since it has a noticible cd), then go in spider form and use any skill. Activate and deactivate the CD refresher on the toolbar. You will see your spider form skills will be refreshed while human form ones are still on normal cd.
