Getting Banned for a glitch

Okay, so basically what happens to me is I'm sitting in a queue with my friends, ready to play league, when a game pops up. We all click accept and from there we SHOULD all go to the champ select screen. Notice I say should. About 1/4 of the time for me though, what should happen doesn't. Instead I get taken back to the pre-queue lobby where I'm forced to sit until it's my turn to pick a champ, (which I can't) ruin the game for everyone and have to wait 5 minutes to start again. Come on riot, this is just stupid and I'm honestly fed up. This has happened ever since the 4.20 patch and it's frustrating beyond belief.
