Grievous wounds on Aatrox revive passive.

I've been playing a lot of games on Aatrox recently and I have been getting grievous wounds on my passive from morellonomicon. I'm pretty sure this is a bug because Aatrox's revive is supposed to remove all debuffs on him. It already gives kind of a low amount of hp when you play him tank and when you have grievous wounds on it, you obviously heal for half. If someone at Riot could look into this and fix it I would very much appreciate it. As a side note could a red give me the status on an Aatrox rework/buff? He seems really weak to me right now, being well rounded but no clear strengths.
