I am only receiving a Hex Box after my second S win.

This Hex box earning process is broken. Since the start of the Hex Box challenge, I have only earned 2 Boxes. When I win with an 'S', I am supposed to get a Hex box (if I have boxes left identified in the champion select). I have only earned 2 Boxes in the last 2 weeks, but I have earned a 'S' 4 times. My understanding is that you can max out you earning for each week, but I thought it was more than 1 box per week. There is an indicator of how many boxes you can ear in the champion select screen, but it still shows several Hex boxes highlighted in 'gold' and not grayed out.

Has anyone experienced this ? Does anyone know how I can fix it? Do you I need to open a 'report ticket'?

Do you own the champion? You cannot earn a box on a free-rotation champion that you don't own.

Otherwise I guess it's a bug. I've never had this issue, each time that I have a gold box available and earn an S rank on a new champion, I get a chest. The last 2 or 3 have been a few days after it became available (so maybe there's an issue with the day it becomes available?) but the system has been working as advertised for me. I've also maxed-out my chests (i.e. I currently have none available).

You can earn 4 boxes a month but if you have gotten a Hextech chest on a certain champion before then you can't get another chest with that champion for that season. Every month the free chests you can get resets back to four again. I've gotten all the chests I can get this month though. Last month (including the free one), I only got three.
