Hex Box Bug [GAMEPLAY]

I have received several 'S's in the last 2 weeks but I have only been awarded 2 Hex boxes. The champion select Hex Box display shows 3 our of 4 remaining . If you look at my account today, I have received several 'S's, but no Hex Box. Starting from last week, it seemed the Hex Box redemption is not working correctly.
