RIOT MAKES ME LOSE LP FOR RANKED BECAUSE OF THEIR PROB

I was going in a ranked game about to just have some fun since draft was getting bored. Then right as I get into the game it freezes and then crashed and I get a note from riot and I sent the report. I thought that report would fix everything and then I realized how wrong I was. I got 20 LP taken away for a problem on their end sure I have no wait time to que again but 20 freaking LP is dumb when it wasn't even my fault. Riot please fix this or even better rank me up another because this is kind of dumb I nearly got demoted out of my rank for this. This was extremely infuriating.
