My game keeps crashing

So everything is working fine my internet is great and I'm going into a league game to have some fun. Nope I get in the game and while it was joining it says, "Failed to connect please check your internet and try again." Well after this I get to receive no rewords and I'm set back to honor one again because this isn't the first time its happened this Is just recently. I checked my internet and computer too both are running smoothly. So I thought well this isn't the end of the world so I restarted my league client and went for another game urf this time. Then the same thing happens and It dodges me again and I am getting really mad at riot because this stuff keeps happening to me I lose rewards and all of my honor and riot does nothing about it. Riot if you are actually going to read this time please fix this problem and restore what I had because this is really annoying and is ruining my fun every time.
