LoL Friends not working for PBE?

Got the phone app and tried logging into my pbe account and nothing would load, then a message would pop up saying the app isn't responding and gives me the option to sign out or close the message, which when i do, the whole app closes. I've tried my NA account as well and it works perfectly fine, any suggestions? :\
