Winning game but no Victory?

So, in pbe, my team and I won a flex and everything about the victory/defeat screen went like usual until the nexus didn't explode and after a few seconds of waiting for the victory sign to show up, it didn't and so i left game to see if i can get to chatroom at the end of a game but I was just stuck in a room with the word "reconnect". After closing the pbe client a few times, I finally got out of the wait and checked my match history and showed nothing of the game we just won. IS this a bug?
