Recall Not Being Cancled Possible Bug

So there's something i've found and it's when somebody is recalling and they have for example a bloodthirster shield up, or any kind of shield the recall wont get cancled if the damage dosn't deal damage to the actual healthbar and only the shield goes down, this might be a mechanic in the game but im not %100 so i thought i'd just post about this, thankyou for reading.
