Zed Shadow Q Bug

Ive encountered a bug that happens quite frequently with zed.. when you launch out your shadow (w) then use your Q and teleport to the W very quickly the shuriken from the shadow you teleported to stops instantly and doesn't travel any distance i unfortunately don't have any video of this happening but hopefully you can fix it with the information I've given, thank you for reading :)
