Ranked-Champion Select Bug

It has been happening alot lately, but most of the time it happens after i pick the champion. I usually have to wait a few minutes, exit league and the re-enter the game late.

Now, however, it is starting to do it all the time. I don't understand. This shouldnt happen and i feel like it is a pretty huge problem. Lots of people are getting marked as dodges in ranked when they didnt do anything wrong. I got marked for dodging for this game and i feel like that is absolute insanity that i get punished for the client being buggy.

While in champ select i could still chat with everyone, i took a screen shot and after it showed everyone left the room and i was still in there stuck on Leona.

Any help would be appreciated as i dont wish to be banned for "dodging" when the client is not working. I also dont like losing lp from no fault of my own.
