Bug?

So I've recently lost a couple ranked games because of what I believe is a bug. After champion select finishes, the loading screen begins but never shows up. I am left on a black screen with my cursor loading, unable to alt+tab or close the screen in any way. This has just recently started happening. If anyone has any ideas on what is happening please share.
