I accepted a queue, then my champ select did not show up, leaving me at a black screen. I could not pick a champion, so I inevitably "dodged" because of that. I received a time penalty after that. That was my fault in no way, and I was punished for something wrong with your own game. I expect this to be fixed in minimal time.
I've been having problems with champion select for some time now, whether it be crashing right before everyone loads in or as everyone is pick/banning. It has happened for the past few months since the new release of the queuing system and it constantly applies a penalty which is absolutely unacceptable and the main reason I don't bother with ranked. I've posted on this issue before but had no actual response even though there is an obvious issue.
