Consistent game freezing

I've never had problems running league. It's always been super smooth. Stopped playing for a few months. Came back and now every single game. Once a game before the 10 minute mark my game will suddenly freeze. I get no fps drop. No lag. I see the chat perfectly fine, pings, other champions, voice chat. Everything runs except for me. I'll just stop and won't be able to use any abilities or buttons, pings, type, anything. I'll have to press escape log out restart league and reload game. Then it will run perfectly for the rest of the game. tried looking online can't find a fix. Any help please?
