Champion Capsule

So two days ago I went from level 45 to level 46. I got the pop up saying I earned a champion capsule but i went to my loot it wasn't there. I looked it up and there were boards saying somtimes you just have to wait a little bit. I've been waiting for 48 hours and for some reason it still isn't there. Please riot help.
