Can't start a game, it crashes during the connecting process

My connection isn't bad. In fact the lag report says my connection is 85/100 (Good). For some reason it kicked me out of the game and crashed, but I was still able to reconnect after. Consequently I have to wait 20 minutes before each game because it reports it as AFK behaviour every time I get kicked out, even though it wasn't my fault. Something also popped up on my dashboard labelled, "Bugsplatter", it had a picture of Ziggs - so assumed it would be from Riot Games. Although I have had AFK behaviours in the past, it was because of an important event that was happening and I had to leave the game. This crash has happened to me 3 times already and would like the issue to be fixed. Please help me, I don't deserve the Leaverbuster penalty, or bringing down my win rate and my friends win rate.
