i got a time penalty because i couldnt pick a champ

I was in a game and it wouldn't let me pick a champ but I could change masteries and spells but I got punished because I couldn't pick a champ which is bull crap and stupid u should have a system that could detect that because this happened to me about 4 months ago too

This just happened to me aswell except during the ban phase you click the champ and the little line around it goes away but i couldn't click the ban button (no "selected champ" border appearing either)

this is happening for months now, months of wasted time because of the dodger timers
