Is match history broken for anyone else?

Apostasy Now·9/27/2014, 3:12:17 PM·32 votes·6,715 views

I haven't been able to see any information on the Match History page for a few days. Is this happening to anyone else? The background loads, but the search field, match histories, etc don't load.

Edit 1, 14 Oct 2014 11:18 EST:

Hi guys, Our fellow summoner DISTILLEDCHAOS has created/found a quick fix for the Match History bug for Chrome. He made one for Firefox too but I can't vouch for it since I only use Chrome, but Im sure it works.

Either way, here is the chrome extension. All you have to do is click add and it will automatically do it's thing.

Good luck guys.

Having the same issue on my end. Can't get it to work on any browsers I use Chrome, Firefox, or IE. Even tried wiping out browser history and cookies still didn't work. Started this week it seems too. Might have been after the no runes/masteries bug that happened I think this week for some of the matches. https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/leaguematchfix/ Found a thread back in June through Google on the LoL forums with this add-on for Firefox. Fixed the issue for me and I can see the matches again. http://forums.na.leagueoflegends.com/board/showthread.php?t=4670249&page=19 Is the link to the thread in case you want the Chrome extension. It helps with internationalization file for the match history page.

the I18ns.js file is not complete, it gets cut of somewhere in the middle of line 7. Riot please, this has been an issue since July.

Started this week.

Blank Match History in Firefox. Works in Chrome.

Clearing history, cookies, everything, then rebooting does not change the behavior.

I have been having the same issue. No workaround has been successful yet.

Not working here either. Kind of sucks, I'd really like to see the stats from my games.

exiledFromBadmen9/28/2014, 4:17:33 PM4 votes

I have this bug too.

Grenaid9/28/2014, 7:49:21 PM4 votes

Perhaps its a wider caching problem; it would not load in FF even after cleaning cache, cookies, and logging in and out. it would not load in IE either, which I never use and should have been clean.

TOR browser worked fine though, for some reason. Try that?

This is really annoying. I just tried reworked Viktor/Soraka and Azir and Kat for the first time. I wanna analyyyyyyze. :(

Same issue, here. I run blockers, but I disabled them. Tried that Firefox addon which didn't work- and now i fear is just a scam for keylogging or something. Anyway. I would really love to be able to use the match history. It is so very very useful.

I have the same exact issue. About a week or so ago I noticed it no longer working. I have tried Internet Explorer and Chrome on multiple computers even (both running Windows 7) and have had no luck getting it to load even after clearing caches, etc.

See attachment for what site looks like.

Also I opened up the Javascript console when loading on Chrome and saw this error, so I suspect this has something to do with it:

Resource interpreted as Font but transferred with MIME type binary/octet-stream: "http://cdn.leagueoflegends.com/lolkit/1.1.5/resources/fonts/adobe-garamond-pro-1166234.woff". matchhistory.na.leagueoflegends.com/:360 Uncaught SyntaxError: Unexpected token ILLEGAL I18n.js:7 GET http://matchhistory.na.leagueoflegends.com/assets/1.0.0/lib/backbone.marionette.map 403 (Forbidden) (index):388 GET http://matchhistory.na.leagueoflegends.com/assets/1.0.0/lib/backbone-min.map 403 (Forbidden) (index):388 Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'trans' of undefined codex.js:1

I use Chrome exclusively. I tried again today and it's still broken. Pretty lame. It affects other sites like op.gg as well.

GPony9/27/2014, 5:49:24 PM3 votes

I'm using chrome, worked for me before but it hasn't been showing anything for the last 3 weeks or so. It's a minor annoyance but they should really fix it.

Me either. Tried to watch a ranked game I watched, and same thing, blank expression

Ikiimoni9/27/2014, 10:46:49 PM2 votes

It hasn't worked for me... I use google chrome. I have the same exact issue as you, and have been experiencing it for a while.

KvotheLionheart9/28/2014, 12:19:28 AM2 votes

Yes right as well.

ThunerousWatcher9/30/2014, 1:04:13 AM2 votes

It is broken for me. Really unfortunate, I loved the changes Riot! Hope to see it back in working condition soon!

Same issue. Cant see anything besides background.

Grenaid10/9/2014, 3:30:48 PM2 votes

Still broken. Posting code dump from IE's console and Firefox.

I was logged in to both browsers. I did use ctrl+F5 to force cacheless.

Same issue happening for me. Stopped working recently on Chrome and Firefox on computer. Last night Chrome app on android updated and went from working to not within 5 minutes.

Errors on chrome (logged in, cleared cache, etc):

Uncaught SyntaxError: Unexpected token ILLEGAL I18n.js:7 Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'trans' of undefined codex.js:1 GET http://matchhistory.na.leagueoflegends.com/assets/1.0.0/lib/backbone-min.map 403 (Forbidden) /assets/1.0.0/lib/backbone-min.map:1 GET http://matchhistory.na.leagueoflegends.com/assets/1.0.0/lib/backbone.marionette.map 403 (Forbidden)

bumping because I havent been able to see my history in weeks

Apostasy Now10/11/2014, 11:17:14 PM2 votes

Thanks for the bumps all.

Stitchless10/11/2014, 1:16:55 PM2 votes

I will reawaken this thread as it doesn't even seem that there is any standing from Riot on this issue.

and yes I'm seeing the issue too.

It's pretty discouraging that we have to get a fix from the community before we even hear from Riot.

Ferrous Oxide9/27/2014, 8:44:35 PM2 votes

Works for me sort of, im on firefox, I can see all my ranked games played but none from team builder

lorewise9/27/2014, 9:13:20 PM2 votes

Have you checked script blockers?

Jalapeno10/15/2014, 12:56:24 AM1 votes

It's computer specific. See my comments on this thread. http://boards.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/bug-report/BUWlfL5P-bug-with-match-history-on-the-website

It's still broken as I described - no change in behavior.

SSJG Soraka10/15/2014, 10:38:07 PM1 votes

Yes, it appears to still be broken for me as well.

Matthias911910/16/2014, 3:09:29 AM1 votes

Bueller? Bueller? Riot, can we get a response on this? Seems like if a tiny browser extension can fix this it can't be a hard thing to resolve on the server side.

I'm with the people saying there must be a badly cached version of that javascript file somewhere in Riot's web servers (or maybe their ISP's caches), which is why it's only affecting some people.

papoomio10/3/2014, 8:19:46 PM1 votes

Yes, I don't see it at all anymore. Haven't for a while now.

DontLikeRain10/10/2014, 11:53:59 PM1 votes

It's been like this for me for a few weeks. I've tried multiple browsers but still nothing :(

ShardWintreswolf10/13/2014, 2:34:41 AM1 votes

I know a friend of mine is having that issue. Apparently it simply doesn't load despite trying from the client match history, post-game screen or even from the site itself. Pretty sure he's had the issue since the middle to end of patch 4.16 after he tried to access the results from the post-game screen by using the "view advanced results" button. Don't think he's filed a ticket either because he doesn't find it such a big deal. Thanks for making a thread for it. Personally I haven't had the issue but apparently others have, so hopefully this helps a bit.

BUMP for Edit, vision! Hope you guys all see this.
