Bug: On death buy items can't refund purchase

If you buy items on death you can't refund purchase. Happens on Aram and Summoners. I don't play twisted tree.

Depending on the champion this is normal. If you buy an AP item while playing teemo for instance, and someone hits a shroom and takes damage, you can no longer sell the item because it was used.
