[Gameplay] Kog'Maw's ult activating, nothing get's launched

Sometimes Kog'Maw's ultimate will go on cooldown, have the mana consumed (the regular works) but the actual visual effect and damage won't occur. I haven't seen this in Summoners Rift as I don't play Kog much. I was playing ARAM when this happened.
