Draft Pick Bug

Twice in the span of 15 minutes two of the friends that I am queuing with dodged queues because of game crashes, they then received the normal penalty. What is weird is that they both had a message saying "LeagueofLegends.exe is not responding". Not only that but they were also player number 3 and first ban in the champion selection. (Not sure if this is a bug or not but it was pretty suspect)
