Countdown reaches zero for someone's champion selection, then everything freezes.

Basically, in the new draft mode, someone will randomly count down to zero in the champ select. It will stop at zero on my client, and make no transition. If it happens around the first or second pick, and I am last pick, my client usually catches up. But this happens at a time where I am left with no power to make any decisions, and I have lost about 30 to 40 LP altogether.

Is there a place I can report this, perhaps to restore lost LP?

im having the same problem only difference is that mine stays stuck and never caches up i can talk to everyone in the chat section at the same time, now i am losing Lp and have a 30 min wait period. also for every que i join it gives me a error msg that wont stop poping up... Riot please update ur client and stop Being Cheeep!
