He costs 6300 IP, and now I have 640. I can only assumed that I double clicked, and it billed my IP twice.
I can't refund him, because it only grants me 6300 IP and I would not have the champ on which I spent the other 6300.
Is this a common problem? Or is this a bizarre fluke?
