League Not Letting Me Load In

Unfortunately, I was in my promos when this "bug" happened. I realized I wasn't loading in, so I restarted my client as soon as I saw. This only took about a minute. I was in loading screen for about three minutes? My ping was changing and the blue circle showed I was loading in. I was stuck at 100%. I know that my team hadn't remade yet because I was refreshing opgg to see if they had remade. I was stuck in loading screen for a long time before it disconnected me. This has happened more than once where the league client has purposely held me from loading into game when I had a stable connection. I'm now 1-1 in my promos which I was hyped about since I was already 1-0. I know I'll get into my promos again, but it's so close to the end of the season where this should not be happening.

Edit:I lost the game, so I have to go through promos all over again because of a ridiculous bug. I've had this problem a few times before. League should NEVER block you from entering a game until people remake. You should always have the chance to get back into the game.
