Play Again Button Function Broken 5v5 Draft

It might be more than just 5v5 Draft but it happens most commonly with 5v5 Draft when I click play again to invite my friends. I join the lobby, and the invites don't even show their names just the "pending" dots even if they do accept. However, I can't see them in the lobby if they do join because they tell me they are in there, but I can't start the game. Is this a problem with the "Play Again" function, or is it a problem with the client? Please give me some insight Riot, because this was a problem with the Legacy Client too with the "Play Again" button for 3v3.

http://puu.sh/tEVYx/c45d27b390.jpg proof of the bug Edited: This time they tried inviting me, but its essentially vis versa of this if I try to invite others after I complete a game. I do occasionally get an error message at the end of a game and I will try to screenshot that if it happens again, but my problem never happens right after the error so I'm not sure what the error is actually effecting.
