Hotkey bug

I've been experiencing a bug where at the start of a game I won't be able to use any hot keys. This includes spells and item hot keys. This has been occurring for a long time, but it was pretty rare until patch 4.19. Since the patch the problem has become sever occurring in probably around 80% of my games. This has caused me to start 2 or more levels behind in many of my games and also completely prevents my team from being able to do anything at level 1 such as invading or even defending our own jungle if we get invaded.

This happens to me too, has been happening for months. It's only on my home PC, not my work PC. It's very annoying and I wish they'd figure out the fix and patch it in. It's completely unpredictable when it will happen...sometimes I go several games without it happening, and sometimes it's a few in a row. The only true fix is I have to fully reboot my PC and then I go right into League. That seems to avoid the problem. I actually suspect it might have something to do with sleep mode or something.
