So in game I noticed that sonas CD seemed way to high for the amount of CD reduction I had. Her q has a base cd is 4.8 seconds. Her ulte reduces her base spells by 40% and I had 45% CD reduction. 4.8 x .6 = 2.88 2.88 x .55= 1.584 seconds But in game i had a 3.23 second CD on my Q. Unless if im doing my math wrong something inst right with the CD on sonas CD reduction.
