Brand Ultimate doesnt Bounce when target is blazed

was fighting Jayce in Mid Lane, he had 3 minions near him, I cast q, then ulti and w, but the ulti(r) didnt bounce off minions to him 3 xs, this sis a very serious dmg bug, hindering brand, please fix
