Jhin VO bug: No quote when buying essence reaver, or ionian boots

Jhin has been out for awhile now, and I play him every chance I get as ADC. From what Ive heard, he has a quote when he buys essence reaver and lucidity boots. I know some quotes don't always play but I have yet to hear anything whenever I buy essence or ionian boots.
