Nemesis Draft - Suspension time glitched

Hello All So Recently I Failed to choose a champion in Nemisis Draft, Now the last suspension I had was earlier that day for only 60 seconds. So usually if this would happen normally it will jump to 5 mins and then 20 mins, and I have never got suspended for more than that. However after getting suspended to 60 seconds earlier that day it jumped to 2 HOURS. Usually this would not happen in normal pvp however in Nemisis it did. I do not of this is a bug.
