Windows 10

so I recently updated to windows 10 and I click on my league after setting everything up this was the first time I played since a few days ago so I needed to download the new patch patch 1.15 and I when I heard the sound the client makes when its done downloading I hit the launch button and the client disappeared like normal but then instead of showing me a login screen I got a black box I ran it as administrator because that's the only thing I know how to do I'm not that good with computers and it still showed up black so is this my fault or is it a bug
