Description: Sated Morde needs 3 autos to proc all of his Q on-hits.

Steps to reproduce:

Pick Mordekaiser.
Buy a devour enchant.
Sate it.
Auto attack stuff.

Expected result: Use all Q empowered AAs with only 2 AAs

Observed result: 3 auto-attacks are necessary to fully proc Morde Q
