[Gameplay] Sated devour Xin Zhao on Buildings

Type of Bug: in game

Description: Sated Xin Zhao heals every 3 autoattacks on buildings.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Pick Xin.
2. Buy a devour enchant.
3. Sate it.
4. Auto attack buildings.

Expected result: Successfully backdoor enemy base and reach Challenjour Receive heal every 2 auto-attacks.

Observed result: Fail to backdoor enemy base because healing is insufficient. Instead healed every 3 auto-attacks.
