aatrox w doesn't proc after coming out of passive anymore and rageblade stacks are lost

I used to be able to keep all my rageblade stacks and used to be able to either heal or do extra damage with my w if my last auto before going into my passive landed on my w auto attack, but now it seems I can't do either since 7.15 and it's just kinda annoying because it was unnecessary if it was intentionally removed or if it's not intentionally removed then this obviously is a bug.
